  • 1 lb flank steak or sirloin, sliced into strips
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Method:
